This is a design process case study for a web app feature I helped design while working at Zen Educate. Our aim was to improve the design of a marketing email, and design the UX for how teams at Zen create and tailor the email.

I want to use this case study to highlight how user research, cross-functional collaboration, design thinking and use of Zen's design system came together to improve user experience. The wireframes and mockups were created in Figma.
